All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse, Bay St. Louis, MS. Freight charges are to be paid by customer. We always ship the best possible way if preference is not indicated. Non-delivered shipments are subject to re-shipping charges.
Please Note: We are not able to supply customers with freight
cost prior to processing and packing orders. We do not pre-pack any orders before payment
is established. Freight cost depends on
the items ordered, the size of the box required and weight of the carton.

service Shipping cost is determined by
dimensional and or weight pricing whichever is greater on all cartons . Dimensional weight pricing sets the
transportation price based on package volume-the amount of space a package
occupies in relation to its actual weight.

TRUCK
SHIPMENTS: We also ship larger or bulk orders by truck lines. Sometimes this method of shipping offers a substantial
savings in freight charges, preferably to a commercial address. Resort Areas or Gated Locations & Residential deliveries by truck does carry an
additional charge which the customer is liable. Bulk or larger orders consisting of 200 pounds plus will likely be shipped truck line. All online orders shipping truck are sent "Freight Prepaid" invoiced on your order. We always try to receive the best freight cost possible. When Shipping by truck on a pallet you must inform us in advance if you require special services such as: lift gate, inside delivery, and or a phone call before delivery. Residential deliveries are all extra charges by the carriers. You are responsible and will be liable for these additional charges.
Other orders will be shipped with UPS or Fed-EX Ground. If order is shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) A HANDLING FEE OF $5.00 WILL BE ADDED.
